We're almost to our fall break, are you getting excited yet?! Sometimes it can be really hard to think about what we're grateful for. Sometimes, it feels like things are really tough and often stressful, and it can be hard to take a moment and appreciate life. However, taking time to be grateful is important! It helps us refocus and get back to what's really important in our lives. So what's the difference between being thankful and being grateful? Glad you asked! "Where thankfulness is an emotion, gratitude is an attitude of appreciation under any circumstance. Gratitude involves being thankful, but it is more than that. Gratitude means expressing thankfulness and being appreciative of life daily even when nothing exciting happens." I'm grateful for the people in my life who help lift me up when things are tough, and I'm grateful for people who find love to share even when life isn't going how they planned.
